Utility Bill Payments
The Village offers an online payment option and automated bill payment program.  Utility bill customers wishing to pay their bill in-person can use the drop box located in the front drive aisle of the Municipal Complex at 10987 Main Street.   Requests for service may also be submitted online by navigating to the Finance Department home page on the Village website.    Should you have any questions or require any Village services, please contact us at 847-515-5200.


Risk Management
The Finance Department performs risk management functions for all departments and operations.  This involves providing reliable protection against human and financial loss through a self-directed and proactive partnership with each Village department that aims at delivering high quality, professional, risk management services. The department is also responsible for effectively managing exposures to accidental losses in ways which protect the Village's assets and assure the continuity of operations.

The Finance Department is the first point of contact for general liability claims against the Village.  If a member of the public has suffered property damage or injury believed to be due to the responsibility and/or action of the Village, please contact the Finance Department directly by phone or via email
