Freedom of Information Requests


The Huntley Police Department will fulfill all records requests in accordance with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements (5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.).  All FOIA requests must be made in writing and will be accepted via electronic form, mail, fax and e-mail.  In addition, FOIA requests can be made at the Huntley Police Department Monday though Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4 pm, excluding certain state and federal holidays. 

All requests for records must be made in writing.  The Huntley Police Department has a FOIA Request Form for your use.
